Jay founded Optimus in 1991. He is a hands-on President, responsible for negotiating in and out of billions of dollars in transactions for our clients, innovation in large-scale capex finance, strategies, and setting the firm's direction and culture. With nearly 30 years of experience advising senior executives at both public, private, and private equity-backed companies, Jay has a unique understanding of the complexities of CapEx finance which has resulted in tremendous value creation for our clients.

Rich leads the Optimus Operations and Quality Control Teams, which are responsible for the onboarding and ongoing management of all Optimus Client engagements. His Team is "the hub" between Client, equipment vendors, and financial institutions, which ensures seamless communication and consistent compliance. Rich develops customized KPI reporting for every Client, and he oversees the performance of the OptiNet Lease Management System.

We protect the financial interests of large corporations that lease millions and often tens of millions of dollars of equipment and technology from very sophisticated and byzantine providers. With rare exception, our due diligence efforts save clients $1M+ for every $10M they have under lease. And since we have the expertise and staff to take the headaches and workload off your desk, we also save our clients significant amounts of time which allows them to invest their efforts on other high-priority assignments.
